Very impressed with my new wine cooler. It has a great design and cools our wine bottles at proper temperature. We have been using it for quite some time now and it has not disappointed! It runs very quietly and is efficient. Would recommend to all!

I bought this 15" wine cooler for a new home construction. It sat in storage for 4 weeks until my home was completed. I opened the container, plugged it in and learned that everything works great, except there is no coolant. Either it has a leak or it was never charged. The condenser works, the fan works, the display works, yet it is never cooler than room temperature. I could never get anyone from Whirlpool by phone, so after online contact I was instructed to schedule a service call for evaluation. It has been taken away for repairs--and never has even held a bottle of wine! Needless to say, this has been frustrating and disappointing. I am not impressed [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
