As a Houston flood victim, we needed a source that would "sit on" our purchase until we had enough rebuild to place the item (in this case, an outside refrigerator). They did so until we had delivery about a week ago. While we`re still on our 2nd floor after 5 months, at least we have fresh food, ice, etc. Very pleased with result.

Cons: Don`t have any!
