It has take an month of repeated calls to Whirlpool and local Whirlpool resellers to obtain service to get parts order in hopes of remedying the door alignment issue. The first authorized Whirlpool assigned technician told me they would not be out to look at the fridge and for me to send the refrigerator back to dealer (like I was returning a toaster). Local resellers would not send out a technician since it was a product they did not sell. Whirlpool finally told me to find my own technician who changed me $75 and said I needed a hinge and screws. I`m now out $75 until Whirlpool reimburses me for the service call. One can expect to be on hold for 45-60 minutes when calling customer service on a warranty issue. The Customer Service Representatives (CSR) were all very polite and helpful but had to explain the situation with each call. If an issue is not resolved at the time of the call, the customer has to call back again the next business day. Whirlpool simply seems to be short handed when it comes to CSRs.

It is never easy to make a decision when a person is about to purchase one of the main kitchen appliance. You have to take every detail into consideration, the size, features and the design. I wish I did more research before purchasing this product. I mean it is great. Works perfectly fine without any problem, however, the size is just not right because of how big my family are. Well it is not appliances connection's fault, I just should have done more research.
