I will throw my upset right out at the beginning by saying one of the inner drawers was cracked upon unpackaging. It doesn`t go all the way through so any liquid spilled will not leak out but....it is brand new! Almost had to be an overlook by quality control because it was packaged extremely well and would not have been done by shipping. The unit was so easy to set up. The factory settings were very close to being spot on - only one adjustment to the freezer. It runs very quietly and yes you can hear the ice tray dump but it is a quick 1 - 2 seconds and done. Still not as loud as my LG that had to twist to get the cubes out and made a whining noise throughout the dump. This fridge might not seem to be the biggest on the spec sheet, but it definitely holds as much as my 32 cu ft french door LG did! All the shelvings are easy to adjust. The only other downside I have about it is the freezer baskets. They are wire and any little thing you drop falls right through onto the floor or onto the bottom of the freezer. For example when taking ice out of the tray, it will slide all the way across the floor if dropped. I am experimenting with some shelf liner to see what I can do about this problem. The freezer opens and closes kind of hard but I personally don`t mind because I know it is shut completely. The black looks nice in my kitchen and does not pick up fingerprints like my old LG. I would recommend this product to anyone that is looking for something without all the frills but does the job - for a reasonable price.

Pros: Quiet operation, very spacious and efficient use of room and organization, ice maker is fast and keeps bucket full

Cons: Freezer baskets are wire and let items fall through! Flimsy interior drawers and shelving, door opens very wide

We really like our new fridge. Lots of space inside. I do wish the meat drawer was a tad bigger. I like how we can keep all our drinks on the door (2 gallons of milk, 1 water jug, and an orange juice jug). One thing I`m having to adjust to is that I like to freeze coffee cubes and it`s difficult to close the freezer without some coffee spilling. We don`t keep a ton of frozen food so the freezer size works fine for us. Also, some reviewers had mentioned it being noisy... it`s actually pretty quiet but the hum from the compressor is a deeper pitch than normal so it took some time to get used to --- it`s not louder, just different which I think causes it to be noticed when it`s new. Also worth noting, the sides are not stainless (they are like a grey plastic)... I`m not sure if that`s normal or not for stainless steel fridges. I found that to be a plus because my daughter can play with her magnets still but knows not to touch the front panels (fingerprints get on the front easily but wipe off just as easy with water and a sponge). We haven`t hooked up the ice maker yet because it was missing a water line (not sure if that should have been included or not). Getting it into the kitchen was interesting but now that it`s in we are enjoying it.

Pros: Bright lighting, energy efficient, big door holds lots of beverages, fits in smaller space.

Cons: Door will bang wall if it swings all the way open, small meat drawer, water line for ice was not included, shows fingerprints easily
