I bought this laundry center for a building laundry room a year ago and it`s been working flawlessly since then. Another model died 3 months ago and I decided to buy this one again and it`s working perfectly as well. I have not received any complains regarding this dryers. We`re all pretty pleased for such a high quality unit, Whirlpool really provides great appliances
