Whirlpool for the win as always! I`m buying it for the second time as other brand is not working anymore and I needed to change that. It`s been several months and they both work perfectly. No problems, no complains at all. It`s easy to operate, everyone is very satisfied. Washer works gently and drier works so effectively, everything comes out in a perfect condition.

Whirlpool failed to provide warrenty

The machine broke down after a few months. We were under warranty, but Whirlpool could not get the parts. Service is horrible and very unresponsive. We even wrote a letter to the CEO, who does not care. The executive management team has no power to handle the situation and would not offer any solution. The support numbers provided here are worthless. The technicians sent out had never seen this machine before.

Like many of the other reviewers, we have had issues with these units from day one. Unfortunately, we purchased three of these last summer and have already had to place several service calls to resolve error codes that the technicians haven't been able to replicate. Really wish we would have just purchased residential units and accepted the shorter life cycle.

Old units had been vertical 8 instead of coin drop. I was limited to max of 2.00 per wash with old coin slide.
