So far we’ve been quite happy with the drying ability, large compacity, and simple dials with one button “start”. However, fabric softener sheets and small items such as socks and underwear get snagged around the door opening edges inside where the metal edge is exposed. The latch for the door would be better situated on the side of the door opening instead of the top. Often when loading the dryer, clothing items get hung up on the latch.
