The delivery service that "installed" the washer did not remove three of the four shipping bolts. My husband realized the problem after a few attempts to use the washer. The washer kept walking and was very loud. It damaged our newly painted wall. We are also stacking the machines no kit was included with the install.

The one downfall, depending on the type of detergent you use, you may have to adjust the concentration. If you do, there is no way of checking if the adjustment occurred. However, if the machine is not getting detergent, an error message will appear.
