This is my first Weber grill, and after using it a few times I realized how much I can do with this thing. I have learned how to cook multiple items of different cooking times just by keeping my coals to one side, and with the use of the upper and lower vents. It's a great smoker, I can do a hot or cold smoke depending on how many coals I have lit. I have even made grilled pizzas on it with much success. Your only limited by your imagination!

The 26.75 is a great size for smoking or grilling. Use the amount of charcoal you need for the cook and you won't go wrong. You don't have to fill up the kettle. I've slow cooked lots of meats (ribs, butts, chickens, beef) and I've grilled lots. Very versatile. Forget the egg thingy, this is the all purpose, real fire cooker for any grilling/barbecuing enthusiast.

I have owned WEBER charcoal grills for years, portable to 18". Thought this was a lil overkill on size compared to what i was used to..UNTIL..I cooked on it !! WOW !! What a great piece of cooking equipment! I thought i would use a lot more charcoal, but in reality i'm using less because of the charcoal baskets. I love everything about this grill! The one-touch cleaning system is the best! I have cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner and it keeps getting better ! My wife bought this for me (really us) for Father's Day...what a great grilling time it has been so far!!

I have waited almost 6 years before purchasing this grill. It was worth it. I can cook everything from ribs to pies on this grill and it will come out great! Don't be shy about putting your cast iron on this grill. It will only expand your options and will make you love this grill even more!!

This grill is AWESOME! I LOVE the top holder on the side. I always hated that little hook inside the lid that never seemed to hold on and your lid wound up on the ground. I also love the grill with the folding sides so you can add charcoal without picking up your meat off the grill and always dropping something. The charcoal basket is also a winner. Great job Weber!
