I love this grill! I typically cook a full meal for 4-6 people and this grill is the perfect size for that, and then some. The One-Touch cleaning system and removable aluminum ash catcher makes cleaning a snitch. The thermometer is a nice touch and I also like the hooks on the handles and the one under the lid. The hinged grate is nice but not a must have. All this grill needs in a worktable, which you can buy as an add on and really isn't needed. Overall I am extremely happy with my Weber grill and believe it will last for years like my last three Webers.

I have had other grills. I even have another brand gas grill. Nothing can beat this one! I cooked Ribs for the first time and it held temp and they came out great. I am new to this but I can see many weekends enjoying it.

Love this grill. Tried other charcoal grills before and the Weber blows them away. It takes less charcoal and burns longer than the other grills I've tried. The hinged grates are very helpful for adding additional charcoal for longer cooks. My only complaints are the lid handle gets hot and there needs to be a better system to stow the lid when you open the grill. Other than that the grill is perfect.

The Weber is a good grill for direct grilling but it has it limits as it cannot reduce heat without prior planning. Stoke up a Weber chimney and cook some steaks they will be great.. Chicken needs to be offset on a cooler side after browning on the hot coals.
