Wall Air Conditioners
As their name indicates, wall air conditioners are cooling units installed through the wall. Much like window air conditioners, wall AC units expel indoor heat and humidity to the outside for cool airflow. These cooling units are a great choice for rooms with exterior walls but without windows and take up little room in doing so.
Wall air conditioners are offered in a range of sizes from a 19" width up to a 53" width, making them great for small play rooms up to large office spaces. Select models have a flexible placement, allowing them to be installed through the wall or in the window.
Some wall air conditioners can have a cooling capacity of up to a power 29400 BTUs to ensure cool temperatures throughout the long hot summer days. Set temperatures just how you like it. They can have up to 3 cooling speeds so you get the right amount of chill in the room. Most have up to 4 adjustable air directions, allowing you to feel a cool draft from any spot in your living space. The sleep mode function will automatically turn off when the room temperature has reached a comfortable chill.
These AC units can also operate as a heating unit using electric heat or a heat pump. Select wall air conditioners can have a heating capacity up to 11400 BTUs, so you can keep warm when the temperature drops. A few are cost effective and energy efficient with an Energy Star rating, so you can keep cool without heating up the planet. Many include a wireless remote control which allows you to operate your unit without having to do so manually.
Some wall air conditioners come equipped with built in wi-fi. By downloading a brand specific app onto your smart device, you'll be able to adjust temperatures without having to be home. For a hands-free option, some can be operated by voice commands with voice assisted devices such as Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
