Viking Warming Drawers
Preparing a multi-course meal with all dishes being served hot and ready will no longer be an impossible task. Viking’s highly-rated Professional 5 and contemporary Virtuoso Series offers warming drawers that will keep foods at their ideal serving temperature.
With up to a 30” width and spacious 1.6 cu ft durable enough to hold 200 lbs., heavy cast iron skillet recipes won’t be an issue for Viking warming drawings. They make a great addition to wall ovens and built-in microwaves, and can be installed to suit your aesthetic tastes and ergonomic needs.
Foods are kept in ideal conditions with most models featuring temperature controls that can be set from 90° to 250°. Many also have humidity control which conveniently allows you to set the moisture level from the front panel.
Choose from stainless steel, white, black, blue, red, and slate to coordinate with other Viking appliances.
