I purchased this as a replacement to my previous Viking microwave. Last one lasted almost 20 years. Great product and I stand behind the name and quality of this product.

We were not in a hurry to replace, so the shipping time was acceptable. The unit was packaged well... The upgraded model purchased was the same exact dimensions as the model replaced. Installation took less than 30 minutes, by simply removing the 4 trim screws, sliding the old unit out, plugging the new unit in, and reinstalling the screws.
