When our 18 year old Dacor control panel part could not be replaced (indefinite backorder), we were in a bind to purchase a new oven. Knowing the holidays were quickly approaching, we searched everywhere locally in San Diego and were told to get anything (Thermador, Dacor, Wolf, etc...) it would be 6 months out at least. Viking would be a year. Thank goodness for Appliance Connection! The representatives I spoke with were highly knowledgeable and got me exactly what I needed. The delivery/install was perfect and we couldn't be happier with our new range. And, it arrived within 30 DAYS!!! Truly unbelievable in these challenging times. Regarding the oven, it's beautiful. We love the continuous grates across the top (the 5 series does not have this), as well as the light up knobs and 2 color options give it a nice understated wow factor. The gold/brass burners are a really nice touch as well.
