       The oven preheats to 450 in about ten minutes and cooks SO evenly. I love the ability to use the simmer burner as well.

       All the cooking parts of it work well and best of all it is the easiest stove I've had to keep clean. I like that there are different sized burners featuring a variety of heating styles. I also appreciate that the oven beeps when it is heated so I don't have to guess when to put the food in.
