It takes a whole lot to get me angry, but paying a bunch of money for a new refrigerator and the door gasket coming off within three days had me livid. I called AppliancesConnection.com's customer service line braced for a fight. After a few minutes, though, my barely contained rage was allayed by the quiet professionalism of the representative on the other end of the line. Within minutes of listening, she directed me to send her some pictures of the damage via my phone and she took steps to make things right within a few days. After prompt field work, the refrigerator works splendidly and I'll gladly work with Appliances Connection again.

Having three kids in elementary school, this Thermador refrigerator's temp controlled deli drawer is crazy convenient. I can have a week's worth of sandwiches ready for everyone to grab and they don't get soggy at all! Kudos to the person who thought of this.

I just realized something. In every other refrigerator I've ever owned, the first thing I did was put in an open box of baking soda. Never did that in the year I've owned this fridge. It's a testament to the air purifier that there are absolutely no unpleasant odors in there.
