Purchased on 2/17 and has operated without any problems. Two minor issues... the door does not open into itself. When refrigerator is completely recessed under the counter the door binds against the side of cabinet sit to design and mounting of hinge for an 18 ï¿½ opening. Secondly the shelves are thin gauge steel and wire spacing isnï¿½t right for todayï¿½s shapes of water and soda bottles. They fall over constantly.

My only complaint about this refrigerator due to my own lack of foresight. I didn't expect to be constantly cleaning kids' fingerprints off of the fridgr. I just thought the finish looked cool. The fridge is pretty awesome otherwise.

I found out that when my apartment's refrigerator died the landlord wouldn't be replacing it and I'd have to provide my own. I have to admit, I just chose this Summit appliance set because it looked good in our kitchen. I only use the refrigerator while the au pair uses the rest. Fridge looks good on this inside too and keeps things cool. Can't complain.

I scoffed at how my wife gushed about how good the water tasted from our neighbor's Summit refrigerator water dispenser and thought nothing of it when we bought the same fridge. Wow. The water -is- markedly cleaner tasting than even the bottled stuff.
