Despite all of the negative reviews that have been posted online, I really don`t think people read the small print. This is a "Reseller" company. Meaning, that they are (in comparison) to what a distributor is to the retail industry, resellers are to the consumer--they bypass the middleman to give you a better price. Sometimes, things are not in stock and you will have to wait. Sometimes, the trucking company hits obstacles, whether it might be waiting for a full truck load to your region, or weather, etc., but you might have to wait longer depending on your location. Once your item arrives to your region, it then goes to a local delivery service and that might take a little longer for the same reasons as stated above. As far as Appliances Connections goes, they communicated with me through emails every step of the way. Every time I called, the customer sales reps were very polite, courteous and professional. If you treat them with respect and dignity, they will return the favor. I have spoken with Daniel, Maeir and Chichana and it was Chichana that has followed up with me the most. She took initiative and was intuitive to our particular situation. She was exceedingly pleasant and informative and an outstanding representative for the company. I will admit that I was unsure about buying from a reseller, but I would do it again if I ever have the need. It will take longer than if you bought locally, but if you can wait, "time is money!"
