They're nice. The quality is good. I didn't take note of the depth though, they stick out from the counter quite a bit more then our other ones did. That probably isn't a problem for most people though.

I want to like these chairs. They look nice. We purchased 8 chairs and the matching table a month ago and they look very nice together. The height is great. The fabric is nice on the seat cushions. However, the finish is very rough. We have actually gotten slivers from the chairs and they have snagged multiple pieces of clothing. They are also unlevel and wiggle when you sit on them. At the end of the day, I would not recommend them. We didn't notice the roughness on the store model, or I would never have bought them.

Top of table was scratched. A piece of wood was bowing out in the dining server. A stool had a huge gash in it. Otherwise a beautiful set. Hopefully warranty makes it right.
