We had to order a sofa for my daughters apartment, sight unseen and it needed to be delivered on the 1st of the month. I placed my order 5 weeks in advance specifying it be delivered on the 1st, needless to say I was nervous and anxious about it being delivered on time. It was not only delivered on time, but the movers went the extra mile to carry it up an extra flight of stairs for delivery. We did pay extra for the white glove delivery, but the delivery guys went above and beyond. I would definitely use appliance connection again!

Pros: Did what they said they would do

I am basically happy with the couch. The mattress is very thin and cheap and will need a memory foam topper to be usable. The legs it came with are very cheap as well. But it is comfortable in the couch itself looks very nice.

The sofa wasn`t ready to use. I had to unscrew a ton of nails despite paying extra for white glove delivery and expedited delivery. Also, when I called I was given wrong information multiple times about when it would be delivered. Sofa is ok but pullout bed feels like a rock.

Pros: Cheaper than ordering from Ashley Furniture

Cons: Paid extra for weak delivery arrangement. Also the bed feels Like a rock.

Great couch for price

The couch looks very similar in color to the online photos. There was minor installation required to attach one of the feet and remove a plywood support, but it was feasible with even a screwdriver (but a drill wouldn`t hurt). The seat cushions are VERY firm, but the seat backs are fluffy and soft, which I like. The couches are very light and easy to move around, even by yourself. The pull-out bed mattress is easy and smooth to operate (felt solid). I would warn that there aren`t many support beams under the mattress, so it`s probably not the most comfortable night`s sleep. What I did find cool was a feature to raise the head area of the mattress to effectively turn it into a lounger. *FYI, the couch comes with the 2 pillows shown in the photo, and the pull-out mattress is included.

Pros: Looks good, comfortable couch, easy to assemble

Cons: OK pullout mattress

I was nervous about ordering a large item long distance but i shouldn't have been. Everything went fine and smooth. I had no problems. I love the couch. Its a beautiful color and seems quite comfy.
