My reclining loveseat is a beautiful dark grey color. I was so excited to receive it. Upon arrival the delivery guys moved it right inside of my front door but because I did not order the package that would have them remove all the cardboard boxes they told me that I had to do that myself. They handed me the papers and told me to sign it. I signed it and then they left. Once they were gone it took me about 20 minutes to get all the card board removed. At that point, I saw where part of the material on one corner had been scraped off. I remembered the guys dragging it on the sidewalk for a brief moment and one of the guys said oh it`s okay it`s protected with a lot of packaging material. Moral of the story - DO NOT SIGN THE PAPERS AND DO NOT LET THE DELIVERY GUYS LEAVE UNTIL AFTER YOU HAVE REMOVED THE PACKAGING MATERIALS AND INSPECTED YOUR PRODUCT!

Pros: Pretty color

Cons: Damaged pressboard materials too expensive for such cheap wood

This sofa is just what I needed. It has wide seats and the upholstery feels very nice. The nail accents are pretty cool, I like them.

This sofa is very nice. It is comfortable and looks good with my decor. It also seems durable so far.

Pros: It is comfortable and stylish. It is very streamlined for a recliner. It is a good compromise between what I want in a sofa as well as what my husband wants. I like this particular dual recliner because there is nothing separating the sections. This means we can both recline and sit close together.

Cons: It shows pet hair, lint and crumbs more than my previous tan sofa. I have to use a lint roller often.

my only complaint was in regards to the shipping company. They gave me a delivery date and time frame and if I wanted to change it I had to pay a 75.00 fee
