    I`m in MN and placed the order on 12/13/17 and received my order 1/18/18 from New York. This was a disappointment because it said it would should 12/13-12/16 so I thought I would have my order before Christmas. It wasn`t shipped until 1/3/18. The delivery company was very nice and called 2 days before as well as 1/2 hour before. The chair is well protected for shipping but still easy to unpack and set up. Color is perfect! My only complaint is that either the seat is too firm or the headrest is too low as in order for my head to hit the headrest, I need to tilt my head back so far that I`m looking at the ceiling. I`m only 5` 4" so anyone taller would be even more uncomfortable. Never had this issue with any other recliner I`ve owned. I`m happy with the 3 pieces (chair, sectional and dining room set) at the price I received from Appliances Connection.

    Pros: Love the color

    Cons: Needs a higher headrest to be comfortable

    Basic recliner. Seat cushion is a little firm but that make make it last longer. It isnt uncomfortable tobsit on. However if you have bad knees then don't buy it. Without a handle to help close the foot rest, its somewhat difficult to close. Overall it's a nice chair and feels well made.
