During install I found the drain tube was too flexible. I have a pump model and the tube kinked not allowing the water to be pumped out. I had to pull the unit out and replace the tube provided with a reinforced tube which fixed the problem. Ice maker makes plenty of ice, but it is noisy when it ejects the ice into the bin. Overall so far we are satisfied with the ice maker.
