When the washer i ordered arrived, it was the wrong color. I was annoyed because I was under the impression I'd paid a good price and thought, "You pay for what you get." When I called Appliances Connection with my grievance, they were very understanding and professional. Everything was cleared up in no time. Will certainly deal with them again.

I think it's fantastic how easy it is to add things mid-wash in this Top Load washer. I also really appreciate how deceptively big the interior on this model is.

My daughter has been complaining about having to take the dirty laundry all the way cross the street every week. So, i decided to purchase this Top Load washer and My daughter was so grateful. She loved the color, she loved how it functions and also she loved the multiple cycles that this Top Load washer has.

I love the steam cleaning feature on my new Samsung washing machine. Gets out tough stains no problem. We went with the Top Load model because it made the most sense in our laundry closet.

I've only had this Samsung washer for two weeks but it seems to be working superbly. My only gripe is that I wish the end of wash chime was a bit louder so I can hear it on the second floor (laundry room is on the first floor so it doesn't need to be excessively loud). Otherwise, hope this machine continues to perform as well as it has.
