Great idea pathetic performance

Liked the feature set so I bought it. Day 1 first power on then checking controls screen blanks out nothing working. (should have known at that point...) reset breaker came back on. Seemed to be working but not quite right, things took longer than normal to cook. One day I put in some chicken set it to 425 waited for the oven to preheat, put in the chicken set timer for 20 minutes. Timer goes off chicken not cooked. Get out my calibrated Fluke 52 II and checked the oven it was 305 not 425 like the oven said it was. turned it to convection and it said 305 hmmmm. The other issue is the electronics cooling fan vibrates so bad I can hear it in the living room! Awful menus just to set the timer; touch set time, touch the timer to set, touch each digit twice to get keypad, select digits, do the same 3 times, touch set time, then touch start! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????

I've had this oven for almost a year and the wifi connectivity does not work. I've had cases open and technicians replacing parts and still nothing. This oven was expensive and I expect it to perform. Samsung, please fix your products.

I saw a lot of the reviews, but I haven't had any issues described by others. The only issues I have found is that the WI-Fi connectivity currently only works with the older Smart Home App (Not SmartThings), but that should be changing in the near future. Other than that, the controls have worked great, the Flex Duo feature is fantastic (it's 3 ovens in one!). My only 2 suggestions are: 1. I wish I could get the clock to stay on for more than 1 hour. I know it's power saving, but it would be great if it could be 3 hours, or have a sensor so it knows when someone is in the kitchen. 2. The timer alarm is pretty quiet and there doesn't seem to be a way to make it louder.

As always Samsung makes great looking appliances. I was very excited to put this oven to use as we were hosting a family dinner. The pros were the soft close door, the blue LED lights, and the ability for the oven to maintain two different temperatures (Flex Duo). The Flex Duo allowed me to roast a chicken and bake a pineapple upside down simultaneously. It saved me so much time and trouble by allowing me to bake two dishes at once. The only con I found was that I had trouble with wi-fi connectivity. For me, it wasn't a big deal at all, but an added plus that would come in handy. All in all I am very pleased with this appliance and would recommend it to others. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I enjoy using the Wall Oven with all of its features. The WiFi keeps me connected when I am away. Temperature of the oven was outstanding. It was also cool from the outside as the oven was running. I used a Dutch Oven on numerous occasions and the meals came out great. When first learning the oven I had to adjust to the temperature because the previous oven was off. After a couple times it was so easy. When using the Gourmet feature I was able to follow the instructions on the display and the meals came out great. I am very impressed with with this oven!!!
