The new Samsung 6.3 cu. ft. Front Control Slide-In Electric Range with Convection & Wi-Fi in Stainless Steel is a great oven, but like with everything in life, it could be better. Let me start by listing the Pros: Fingerprint Resistant: It does minimize the number of fingerprints on the stainless-steel frame, but it may leave little smudges here or there. Five heating elements: The power on the heating elements is awesome. It provides fast heat in just seconds. It also includes two dual ring elements to be used with multiple sized pots and pans. Oven: large 6.3 cu. ft. oven is big enough to accommodate multiple large dishes at once, especially with the holidays coming up. Powerful convention decreases the time for baking, roasting and evenly cooking food. Compatible with SmartThings and any virtual assistance available. Now the Cons: Fingerprint resistant: smudges are still visible and will build up if not wiped. Touch screen smudges constantly and it is very sensitive to the touch. Any passing of a cloth on the touch screen will activate any of the features. The locking mechanism is available, but it also locks the oven door and if the sensors do not detect the door, it will take a while for the locking mechanism to work. Additionally, there are no instructions on the usage of the touch screen controls in either of the three manuals that come in the box. To get a detailed description on the touch screen features, you will need to go to Samsung�s website and download the manual for the range. Cooktop: even after the hot surface indicator turns off, the cooktop still stays very warm and will burn your hand to the touch. It does take quite a while for the cooktop to be cold. Cleaning the cooktop has been an issue. Even with the warm surface cooktop, the cloth will stick to the cooktop and will leave a permanent mark on it. Virtual Assistance: As cool as it is to have an oven that is controlled via Bixby, Google Assistance, Alexa, SmartThings, etc., it really is only good for utilizing the oven feature. The SmartThings App will let you control the oven light and the oven temperature, but you do not have any access to the cooktop. It will let you know that the cooktop is on, but you can not turn it off. If you do utilize any of the virtual assistance voice commands to pre-heat your oven, make sure that there is nothing inside the oven i.e. pots, pans, etc. I believe this feature is only good if you are out of the house and realize you want to cook a frozen pizza and need the oven to be pre-heated. Not sure how many times this feature will be utilized, but it is available. **Testing the product as part of an Insiders promotion**

Love this range. It was delivered in a timely manner and hooked up ready to use. I use the stove and oven almost every day and love it. This is only the second Electric oven I've owned but it is better than my last one and all the other ones I've used prior.

This range works very well. Was bought as a replacement for the old one and it is a lot easier to use. The guys who deliver my stove were great. They prepped it outside, and then they brought in the house.
