Sleek and Quiet

I've been testing this dishwasher now for about 2 weeks. We tend to run it every other day or so. It definitely looks good in our kitchen. Pros: - So excited by the automatic door open option when the load is complete. When dishwasher is full, I turn it on in the evenings and when I wake up in the morning, the door is open and the items inside have started drying. - Love how quiet the dishwasher is on, sometimes I don’t even know when it’s on! - I love how clean the dishes on the bottom and middle rack come out. Cons: - Items on the third/top shelf don’t come out clean unless they start off cleanish. - The silverware compartments on the bottom shelf don’t hook in so easily and are often not sitting inside accurately. - I find that many times when I push in the bottom shelf when it’s full of dishes and heavy the shelf comes off of the hinges and is then hard to re-align. Overall it does a good job of cleaning the dishes, once you get used to the quirks. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This appliance is a beautiful compliment to a kitchen. Installation was easy. The set up is completely different than my previous dishwasher. The Samsung holds so much more. In the past we usually had to run the dishwasher about once every day and a half. On Monday we would have had this dishwasher 2 weeks and we just did the 2nd load! We are still learning about the difference cycles. The first one we did the "auto" which is supposed to determine what type of wash is needed. For whatever reason it seemed to take an excessive time - about 2 hours, which is indicated on the machine. One dish did come out still dirty. This time we used the Express 60 and everything came out clean. The machine is quiet - to the point that I have my ear pressed up to it to make sure that it's running. I like the extra cleaning rack for bulky serving utensils on the top. My son did accidentally turn it on while putting a dish in there because he's not used to the controls being on top. It was easy enough to turn off. The exterior doesn't show any fingerprints. Oh - there are individual spots for each fork, knife, spoon. I like this because they can't stick together and all of them are getting clean. The initial impression is good. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

We have the unit for a few weeks now and have effectively tailored this to our routine. We are a busy family and the start delay setting comes in handy for us. It runs during the day when no one is home, reducing competition for hot water and having them done when we get home. The top level flatware shelf is a great bonus as well. Cleans as Beautifully as it looks

When my fiance opened the box, I gasped. Normally when you see a dishwasher, you don't stop and think, "Wow, that's actually kind of pretty." Dishwashers are designed for function, not aesthetics. Or so I thought until I saw this little beauty. And then I saw all the buttons. I absolutely hate to admit it to anybody, but I'm kind of afraid of technology. The more buttons, the worse my phobia threatens to overwhelm me. But then it was installed and I was told, "Go ahead. Start it up." My finger shook as I reached out and hit the power button, but the other buttons illuminated merrily and then i noticed something... They were clearly labeled and made SENSE. Select how heavy you want it to wash, hit a couple of extra add-ons if you want the super wash and the sanitize feature and voila! It was that easy. Intuitive to run, easy to load, and I was flabbergasted by how well it cleaned everything, even baked on melted on cheese. I was amazed and absolutely love this product! With all THAT said, my favorite part is the third rack. Pull it out and you can fill it with all those cooking utensils, or even flatware, that take up all the room where you would normally put your glasses. Seriously, this feature is a life saver. And a space Saver! Couldn't be happier. Maybe if my fiance filled it a little more often.... [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Since delivery, we have used this new dishwasher a few times. Honestly, if I hadn't of started it myself I would never have known it was even running. The capacity is tremendous and the extra flatware area is a plus. I've used a couple different detergents and the dishes, glasses, and flatware have come out perfect each time.
