I was tired of trying to keep my previous stainless steel grill(s) looking nice, so I decided to make a change. This all black Rogue is super easy to clean and always has a good look to it. I purchased the natural gas model. It came with a quick connect for the NG supply, our plumbing contractor installed the supplied fitting and away we went. I love cooking with this grill. I wanted to see how hot it would get and the built-in thermometer reached 600 F easily and I think it would have continued to climb but I backed it down, I was satisfied. You may think, ah cheap grill thermometer no way, but this isn`t a run of the mill cheap thermometer that rotates occasionally because it is a little loose, top notch quality. The grill has a lengthy warranty so I am really optimistic that it will be around for a long time.

Pros: High quality materials and coatings, minimal assembly.

Cons: It did not include a cover, it should include a cover as part of the purchase.

Overall have been quite happy with the BBQ. Heat up quickly and evenly. I was however very disappointed with the fit of the doors underneath as assembled by the dealer. The doors are not even with a 1/4 inch gap at the bottom and 1/2 inch at the top between them. I would have thought the dealer’s quality control would have been much better. I am not sure how to adjust this myself or if it can be.

I’ve had this grill for about 2 years. Overall quality seems good, but it’s plaged with hot spots. You must check and move the meat around if you don’t want some food raw while some is burnt.

- all the soft closing hinges have failed - the dealership I purchased it from didn't do a very good job helping me connect to my natural gas connection. I had to get a mechanical contractor to help. - the cooking area has hot spots more than other units I have owned

I bought this at a BBQ centre. I was very suprised to see one at a local Canadian Tire in the Black and Stainless. I bought this as it was American and not Chinese built. Got the 3/8" round bar grates. this is a good BBQ, but I'm suprised at the stamped top on the Canadian Tire Prestige model and the back lit knobs. Mine has none of that. Also, the plastic ends on the stainless sides are grey on mine and the Prestige is black. I love the cast sides on mine, but have discoloured. Also the first burner is too hot. Love my flavor wave system as it is durable and easy to clean. But to be honest, other than the grate, The one at Canadian Tire looks better.
