    This was such a great investment. I like how this grill comes with a rotisserie feature as well as its infrared burners and night time knobs. It's modern design compliments my living space and I couldn't be more pleased

    This was a well thought out package. Showed up on a pallet. Easy instructions on how to get it off the pallet. And easy instructions on assembling the sides onto the base. We were test grilling within an hour. People are very impressed with the looks and grilling capabilities. 2 Very thick ribeye steak and 4 large lobster tails for the first cook for 4 people. Yummo. Every one was happy. Thanks Napoleon.

    Love the looks and uniform grilling. One flaw that found so far is that the rotisserie drive blocks the opening of the right side shelf lid where the cutting board is. You need to take the drive off in order to open the lid. The side shelf should have been 2 inches longer so the lid clears the drive and the power cord for the drive should come out of the drive on the back side, not the side facing the lid opening.

    Grill is almost perfect. It’s a beast when it comes to size. Think it eats a lot of propane but at the same time I am using it for 40 min at a time. The very left side takes a while to get hot as compared to the rest of the grill. The interior light switch needs to change color to let you know if the light is on or off. So far these are the little things I dislike about the grill, but besides, it’s a great grill. Plenty of space, cooks great, holds heat fairly good and very well built. Had it for a few months but only used it a few times so far

    Napolen Pro 665, a forever grill

    This is my second Napolen having purchased a 308 in 2011. The old grill was working fine but I wanted the lighting features, a larger grilling surface, more burners, a searing option, and a built in smokng option. The Pro 665 had all these features but is on the expensive side but based on my previous experience with Napolens quality and their exceptional warranty, this will prrobably be my last grill purchase. So far the Pro 665 meets all expectations but with anything new skill is learned.

    Great grill with all the features and functions needed. Large grilling space with multiple heating zones. Big issue is that it catches fire easily when heating to sear zone temps. Having a disposable drip pan liner could help prevent, but it is not offered for the Prestige Pro 665.
