Since its getting warmer I was wondering about getting a new grill for my backyard and decided with this Napoleon. I love the rotisserie feature, my lemon chicken comes out better than ever. I also like the night knobs which helps make it easier to find the right switch and its powerful jetfire ignition is very powerful. Couldn`t of asked for a better grill. Highly recommend

I have owned my grill for approximately four years and use it regularly during the week, twelve months a year, even in snowstorms. This the quality and craftsmanship of this unit is outstanding! The food cooks evenly, the temperature is easy to control, rotisserie produces succulent roasts.

Missing parts, rear and front burners not operational

Overall happy with the grill however the ignition is temperamental and part were missing and not working. Side burner and rear burner not operational and still waiting for replacement parts. Also the clip to hang the match holder was missing.
