This is replacement for an older Monogram microwave that we had installed when we built the house over 9 years ago. We used it constantly and it worked flawlessly, but micros don’t last forever (we are in the restaurant business and I’ve replaced our microwaves twice in the same 9 year span).

I bought this right before Christmas and it works OK. Very noisy. Over priced. By the way, I had to buy a GE because I already had the built in kit from the previous one which only last 2 years. The one before that lasted 2 years. I gotta buy a new built in kit so can get a better microwave next time it breaks.

Just bought this to replace an earlier Monogram microwave that lasted over 10 years. Was able to use the prior mounting kit with a few modifications, so the fit worked fine. Seems to be of equal quality and weight as the prior one. So far, so good!

Microwave looks nice. However, stainless readily shows fingerprints and smudges that are hard to remove. Impossible to replace the light bulb. The user guide is sorely lacking. Unable to change time. Unable to select % of power. Not user friendly. Waiting 7+ months for the trim kit.

Our previous Monogram microwave stopped working after ten years and we replaced it with the current version of the same model. We really liked the old version and the new version doesn’t seem as well made. The door-opening button doesn’t really work. Sometimes you have to push it multiple times to get the door to open. Otherwise, it’s been fine, but disappointing for what is supposed to be an expensive high-quality microwave.
