I have used the griddle I have conv baked conv roast. Everything performed wonderfully. My favorite is the conv broil perfectly browns the chicken breasts but leave them juicy not over cooked and dried out.

Arrived damaged. Front where knobs are located is bent, scratch on griddle cover is scratched, oven door bent. Replacement parts are on order. I've only used 1 burner, works ok.

Wont even get hot enough to cook crepes! We tried preheating. Tried chicken, quesadillas and crepes and none of them got browned/grilled. Very frustrating. Also difficult to clean since the griddle doesn’t come off.

It's been about 4 months and so far the range has been great. The conversion from gas to LP was very well explained. The best feature so far is the griddle... awesome for chicken cheese steaks. Baked a few weeks back and everything was cooked perfect...never has an oven baked so evenly. Will update based on overall quality.

I got the Monogram Range with my newly constructed home. It has great features. I love the griddle. All the surface burners are big and generates larger flames. At times, I need small flame for smaller cookware. I end up burning the cookware corners because of larger burners. This range should have included an option to change the burner to smaller one which has center flame as well. So overall I give 4 stars.

I love this range, coming from a 30" Jenn Air, I knew I wanted something larger. I looked at Wolf and Viking, and this was actually rated in one of the top 3 for commercial grave ranges, just under Wolf (Viking wasn't even on the list). I paired this with a 42" Monogram Island hood which is as sexy as can be. I'm extremely pleased with my new range.
