Monogram Gas Cooktops
Prepare an endless amount of succulent creations with gas cooktops from Monogram. These natural gas models have cooking surfaces that range in size to match your culinary needs. They start at a modest 30” width, making some suitable for kitchenettes. If you find yourself with a more generous apetite, 48” wide range tops will make an ambitious menu effortless to take on.
All have sealed dual-flame stacked burners which provide an even flame and make messy spills a breeze to clean-up. Some have a tri-ring burner with a heating capacity of up to 20,000 BTUs, perfect for searing temperatures. Adjusting heat settings is made simple with featured easy-to-use control knobs. You won’t even have to be present in the kitchen to bring sauces to a simmer. Units with Wi-Fi connectivity can be remotely controlled from the comforts of your fingertips by downloading an app.
Monogram gas cooktops allow for a multitude of food preparations. They sport up to 6 burners, allowing multiple dishes to cook simultaneously. Select models include an optional griddle, which can be integrated into the surface or as an accessory that perfectly sits on top of the cast-iron grates. Continuous grates not only provide a steady surface for heavy Dutch ovens, but also have a unique contouring on the reversible side for round bottom woks.
