I actually ordered speaking to Adam, and he was unbelievably exceptional to deal with. The couch is worth at least $300 more, and is very well made, has attention to detail, sits very comfortably no matter your height, is firm, and supports your back; which many don`t. The fabric is extremely high quality, and the charcoal is a a rich deep gray. It`s been the single best purchase I`ve ever made online, and HIGHLY recommend to anyone. The size was PERFECT.

Pros: The added seam accent stitching, and tufting on the back cushions. The cushions also have velco pads you can use to keep them from sliding, and your feet can remain on the ground when you`re sitting against the back. GREAT QUALITY AND THE BEST PRICE

Little skeptical buying a couch without sitting in it first. My wife I sat in a similar Benchcraft in a store and really liked it but it was way over priced. We ordered this couch and I am so glad we did! Cushions were obviously a little tough because it`s brand new, but once you break it in, it is very comfortable!

Pros: Modern, easy to keep clean, and comfortable

Cons: None!
