I never had an experience in using an infrared sauna, but I have had extensive experience with using a variety of traditional saunas. I was expecting this to be a mediocre substitute to a traditional sauna. I was very surprised to find out that when the sauna is fully heated up, it feels exactly, if not better, than a traditional sauna. The air inside the sauna also gets heated and the smell of the wood inside gets intensified which makes for a pleasurable olfactory experience. Coupled with the excellent lighting and sound system, this sauna is truly a pleasure!
