It is also able to adjust from 300 to 1000 degrees and back effortlessly. Lynx was first in the industry using cast brass burners with briquettes on their Professional Grills which is measured at 25,000 BTU and promotes an even distribution of heat, as well as, having the ingenuity of their ceramic briquettes infuse flavor from grilled food drippings.
