I purchased this washer along with the matching dryer in September 2021. It is the best set I have ever owned, and I have owned many (26 sets in my adult life). I had a Maytag Commercial set before this and this washer out cleans any washer I've had. I purchased this washer/dryer due to me having to wash my elderly, sick mom's clothes. She messes up quite a bit of clothing With the Maytag set, I had to wash about 8 to 10 loads weekly. With this washer, I am down to 4 weekly and I am so happy!!!! My clothes are clean and it washes fast. I had a LG front load washer before when my partner and I purchased our home. I sold it shortly after we moved in because I couldn't get how it cleaned with so little water. I believed you needed lots of water to clean clothes. After seeing our water bill after I started washing my mom's clothes too, I knew I had to get an high-efficiency washer. I took a chance on purchasing this front load washer and I AM VERY HAPPY WITH IT!!!! I, highly, recommend it.

I have finally found a dryer that is wireless controlled and has so many settings that I can`t go wrong. I get just the right time without having to go back and guesstimate how much longer before it is dry. It is a huge capacity and does my duvet (it balls up every time) in two times and the second time around is not long at all. I love the sensing ability of dryness so I don`t waste energy. I don`t have a bad thing to say about this dryer. I am super happy with it.

I purchased this dryer along with the matching washer; and I must say it is the best set I have ever owned. I have owned 25 sets of washers/dryers before this one and I cannot recommend them enough. This dryer is huge and dries clothes fast. It's stylish and love the way it looks in my utility room. It holds a lot of clothes and dries them in very short time. You will not go wrong with this set.

This was an upgrade purchase replacing an older LG Tromm set. I live at altitude of nearly 8000 feet, so it is nice to have a good sensor. With the old set, the sensor for towels no longer worked like it did when I lived at 750 feet altitude. So far, it has met all of my expectations, including king size pillows. I haven't used the steam functions yet, but so far, a great dryer. Haven't found anything I don't like, and the app is nice to let me know when it is finished.
