I hired someone to install this instead of myself thinking it might be harder than a normal double oven, coast me $100. He popped the old unit out, removed the shims, wired it and popped it in. Turned it to 375 for 15 min to burn off any oils and done. My wife really loves it, a great unit. Delivery was very good, we had to delay the first delivery date and two days later it was delivered and they put it in the garage. I would purchase from Applications Connection best price I could find and free shipping!!!

Pros: Best price, great quality appliances, free shipping and good service.
