This ice maker is top notch and really quite versatile. For instance, it will cool down your coffee to just below molten lava temps. It also makes excellent bloody mary`s, gin and tonics or iced tea. The bucket is big enough to store a nice bottle of Vodka or cool down that beer you just bought but can`t wait 2 hours until the fridge chills it to proper drinking temperatures. Or, you simply cool down a glass of room temperature water on a hot summer day. No matter what, this unit is super cool. It was an easy install too. Don`t forget to buy the fridge too (this unit is pretty useless without that piece).

Very pleased with this purchase. Ice maker works fine. Has not failed yet. I like the idea of turning it off or on. That way if you have a plenty of ice you can just turn it off for awhile. Actually ordered one from a previous vendor and it was taking entirely too long to arrive so I cancelled it and ordered from you guys. Very glad did. The ice maker actually got here before the refrigerator. Would recommend this to anyone. Thanks, Larry Osborne

LK65C.ASWCNA0 has everything you need including the water valve. Go to the support tab and download the installation manual. Also, if you are just looking for the water valve the part number is AJU73292414.

I went to EVERY website listed below to purchase this ice maker. NONE of them ship to New Mexico. Useless!!!

After a month long intense search I finally found the ice maker, bucket and the full kit with the water valve and fill tube. I opened the box and proceeded to be totally disgusted with the instructions! They are not complete, nor accurate and you will have problems completing the installation if you follow them. Fortunately, there is a great Youtube installation video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D4nAv7McEGs. As for my BRAND NEW LG fridge (which I will review later), be aware that the 3 holes for the ice maker are not drilled correctly. One mounting bushing did thread properly, the other one was stripped out badly and the third one wasn't even close to where it should be! I had to replace one bushing screw with a bigger one and drill the 3rd hole where it belonged! After all that, the ice maker did function incredibly well.
