First it's not nearly as quiet as it should be. It never dries dishes completely. Our old dishwasher we weren't a fan of but even it after 8 years did a better job if drying. There is NO good way to load bowls which is irritating because that should be a given and is a design flaw as well as creating a lot of wasted space since we can't load bowls well. All of this and we intentionally spent a bit more hoping we were getting a top notch product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG certified technician recommended buying a new one instead of repair. Our dishwasher stopped in the middle of the normal cycle. The technician thought that the cause might have been a power surge and this caused the control panel to fry and heating mechanism to stop working but who knows if it's just a bad product. Very disappointing!!!

Repair was completed under warranty but took six weeks. Worked great first week after repair. Now we are unable to complete a cycle without the door opening.
