I am pleased with the product and it`s working well. The disappointment is the rebate company isn`t wanting to give rebate. I have given a copy of the invoice, which states "paid in full" in red, but they still say they need proof of payment. Starting to think the rebate is a scam.

Excellent price, quality product. This dishwasher is quieter than expected and has a good warrenty. Because of the number of features available it is absolutely necessary to spend time to review the manual.

Pros: Very quiet with many advanced features. It is a very good looking model.

Cons: Using a shorter wash cycle is not nearly as effective. The full wash cycle is necessary to properly clean even with smaller and less soiled loads.

Cleans better than the 3-year old Maytag it replaced. Good looking. One unfortunate thing is that the hose is located lower than on the major American brand dishwashers, so the original hole cut in the sink cabinet was higher. Other than that, the install (replacement) took just about an hour. Quieter than Maytag.

Pros: good looking, clean well

The drain hose was much too short for our situation. Also, the water inlet valve was not compatible with standard braided stainless steel water lines. We had to buy a fitting to adapt the size. The dishwasher is super quiet and we love the adjustable top rack. Installation is a bit awkward, but once it`s installed, it is a very good machine.

Pros: Quiet operation, adjustable top rack

Cons: Installation is very cumbersome

Cleans really well, not super great at drying

This dishwasher cleans really well and looks good. It has a ton of different wash cycles, though we usually default to the auto cycle. It does take time to run a load of dishes, usually between 2-3 hours, but it`s quiet. Also, the racks allow for multiple configurations, which is great. Doesn`t have a drying function, so we need to open up the washer after a load to speed up the air drying. Overall, I highly recommend.

The ease of ordering, quick delivery, assistance in getting it inside where we needed it all was perfect. Installation was a bit difficult, but accomplished within 1.5 hours. Having my local person install, saved us a lot. The LG is attractive, quiet and does a good job of cleaning everything. Best deal out there!
