I was frustrated by my new LG washer at first. It didn't seem to be cleaning or rinsing clothes well on the normal cycle. I paged through the manual and found that, for the amount of clothing I was putting in, I needed to use the heavy soil cycle. Now it works perfectly. Just make sure the settings are correct and this is a fantastic washing machine.
