I'd recommend this LG washer in a heartbeat. I've just never had a washing machine get my clothes as clean and fresh smelling before. It's all I can do to stop myself from washing everything in my dresser drawers and closets!

This washer is amazing. I`ve never had a top load model before and I find it so much more convenient. Capacity is huge so I wash a lot of things together, I`ve tried some huge blankets as well and they got washed perfectly. And I`m glad I went with the dark color this time, first of all it`s really pleasant to look at, second of all, I feel like it doesn`t get dirty or dusty at all.

I never expected that my washing machine would be better than TV, but watching it start up is most entertaining! It makes all the decisions, I just provide the laundry and detergent. And the water which is why I bought the washer. Our old one was 27 years old, and used a LOT of water per load. Figured a more modern one would be more efficient in this time of drought. Indeed it is. The large capacity means I can run as one load (with room to spare) with what took 2 on the old machine. Instead of two loads of 40-50 gallons of water each, now it's less than 20 for the one big batch!! Perfect! A special "thank you" to Natasha in Sales who helped ensure that both the washer and dryer arrived at the same time.

I was in the market for a new dryer so I went to a big box store with a pretty good idea of what I wanted in terms of features and cost. When I got there, though, the salesperson was pushy and kept steering me toward models that were more expensive. Waste of a trip.
