fantastic company, great communication, excellent customer service. delivery guys were on time, very helpful, and careful. again great communication the stove itself, STUNNING!! the top is big enough to run several Large pots (canning size) as well as be able to cook dinner while doing so. the inside is just beautiful. the shelves could slide a bit easier. it cooks on temp and does a great job, love that there are no electronic "motherboards" to burn out in a year or so. this is high quality range that adds a professional look to your kitchen. the "clicking" people hear when cooking is because they do not have the knob turned down off the "light" phase of turning it on. I use this daily and cook/bake etc I love it!! the sealed top makes for easy cleaning, the grates are nice heavy grates that have protective feet and lift off for cleaning.

Pros: pretty much everything. that it comes LP ready is a huge PRO

Cons: it does get hot... after all it is a range lol
