I am delighted with this stove. I did not want a stove with digital screens that malfunction in short order. My previous stove lasted 13 months and "cooked" its control panel while in self-cleaning mode. I don`t care about timers and self-cleaning options. I care about function. I wanted an industrial strength stove for my kitchen and this stove complies. It is certainly attractive. I like its minimalist look that declares its mission: function. The oven temperature is true to the manually operated dial. I have checked for accuracy multiple times. I am a serious baker. I bake bread nearly every week. I need to know the oven temperature is accurate and it is. The burners accommodate every temperature range from warm to full blast and any size pot. The grates are heavy-duty. I can put all my canning pots on this stove simultaneously and not worry about their weight or them spilling out over the burner. It is easy to clean around the burners too. While this stove could qualify as kitchen sculpture with its sleek lines and contemporary look, it is its performance that impresses me the most. I have seen many a stove come and over my 45+ years of enjoying my culinary life in the kitchen. This stove outranks them all.
