[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this stove since May and we are very pleased with it. I heats up very fast and most cooking can be done on the low setting. The only drawback is you have to clean the ceramic top after almost each use. Also as others have commented, you have to be careful because just getting close to the controls turns something on. Overall, it's been great. We haven't used the oven yet but with the holidays coming, I'm sure it will get lots of use.

Dont buy a downdraft

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this kitchen aid downdraft to replace an old jennaire Buyer beware. It came with no template and 2 months later still cant get one. The ducting/layout is completely different than jennairs. I should have just moved my kitchen around to accommodate a normal range/hood. Especially considering how overpriced this range is. As for how it works..i have no idea. Maybe ask me in 6 months if i can ever get it hooked up.
