The satin glide rack makes it easy to slide out when I want to cook large dishes. I don't have to drag my plates out like I used to. Cooks very nicely, the food doesn't get burned.

Beautiful replacement unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was worth the delays due to supply chain issues. Perfect fit into our custom cabinets. Only downside would be the search for customer instruction manuals.

Excellent capabilities

We replaced our old oven after 29 years and I wish that I had done it sooner. The oven heat is maintained and consistent. It heats quickly, easy to clean and looks great. The microwave is at eye-level and has options for reheating and defrosting that are easy to use. I've used the crisper only once but found it easy to use.

Cooks great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven’t had it very long but really like it. A little bit more of learning curve to use convection oven which I’m not used to. More steps to enter. Food comes out great and cooks faster. Microwave cooks fine. But wish there was an instant 30 second button to push also.

KitchenAid

Good, but with a few problems

By  from Sacramento, CA  on January 27, 2022  Verified Owner
Average Rating: ☆☆☆☆☆ ★★★★★ 3

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After waiting months and months, my ovens finally came. They look terrific and the microwave works fine (although not as hot as the table top microwave we were using while waiting for the wall ovens), the lower oven isn't quite what I was hoping for. For example, when the alert goes off that the oven has pre-heated, it's nowhere near the temperature it's set for. I keep a temperature gauge hanging in the oven and it's typically about 50 degrees cooler than the alert says the temperature is. After another 20 minutes, the oven has come up to the correct temperature. That said, it's fairly accurate at 350 degrees (although, it often gets hotter and stays hotter than 350), the real roll of the dice is trying to get the oven to hold a temperature *under* 350. So when I want to bake cookies at 325, I have to set the oven at 340 and wait for it to settle out at 325. If I set it at 325, it settles at around 300. All this temperature finagling is pretty frustrating for a baker like me who relies heavily on an oven to bake properly. I don't know if the oven needs a "break-in" period before it registers temperatures accurately, but if this persists, I'll need to have the oven calibrated.
