Repaired 3 times and is still broken!!!

Bought the microwave about 3 years ago. Broke in the first 6 months. Thought it was just a fluck. Had it repaired. Worked for 4 more months. Repaired 2 more time in the following year. Kitchenaid states they haven't had problems with this model. Said they will cover the part Again but no labor. This is a joke. The 5 star reviews are almost all incentives given for review. This microwave wasn't cheap. Do the right thing Kitchenaid. Stand behind your products when there are problems.

Easy installation, beautiful design, and the door is sturdier than our previous one. I would definitely recommend. We love our Kitchen Aid appliances!

This microwave is garbage. I have had it for 2 years and the LCD no longer works. The microwave may have been used 20 times. I would not recommend anything kitchen aid.

The microwave door opens and closes so easily and more quietly than the usual microwave door that slams closed. And my favorite part: no sliding greasy fingerprints from pressing the “typical open/close button†bc the groved KA handle does the truck. The detailed handles are like “kitchen jewelryâ€!
