I am sorely disappointed with this product and the service KitchenAid provides. I bought this online on the KitchenAid website and had recently installed in our re-modeled kitchen. I noticed that it will not heat. I have tried reaching out to KitchenAid but no one seems willing to help. I went to online chat and was told to reach out to service but I cannot connect with any one.

I bought this in black stainless and it nearly matches my refrigerator. I am over the moon impressed with this microwave oven. Steams vegetables perfectly, reheats everything on the reheat setting to a perfect temperature. The convection oven is absolutely the best.

I would definitely buy it again! I would suggest keeping the lock on it as it is easy to accidentally start when you lean over the counter. Do wish it had a timer feature to use around the kitchen.
