What's Included in Install Services?
All freestanding appliances will be uncrated, set in place, leveled, tested and connected to any existing proper utilities. In the event proper utilities and shutoffs, or venting sources are not available at the time of delivery, a complete hook up will not be possible or an additional fee will be added.
Full Service Install
Basic hook up service includes hook up and removal of all freestanding appliances such as freestanding refrigerators, ranges, washers and dryers. The new appliance will be tested to make sure it works correctly. All packing materials will be removed, and your home will be restored to its original condition. See Chart.
Complex Service Install
Complex install services will require the purchase of additional services. This includes hook up and removal of all built-in appliances such as built-in refrigerators, cooktops, pro ranges, wall ovens, built-in microwaves, over-the-range microwaves (OTR), and built-in dishwashers. The new appliance will be tested to make sure it works correctly. All packing materials will be removed, and your home will be restored to its original condition. See Chart.
Installs do not include alterations of your home or utilities to which your appliance is being connected. If alterations to your home or utilities are required you will be notified by the installer with a price for additional work needed. Any additional amount must be paid C.O.D. directly to the installer. If you choose not to have install completed you will be credited the amount you paid for the install minus a $75.00 trip charge.
The delivery company will contact you to schedule delivery once the order has shipped.
Someone at least 18 years of age must be present at all times on the day of installation to approve all work completed.

1. Clear Appliance Area and Delivery Path.
Please make sure to have the areas inside where the product will be placed easily accessible, including removing any doors to get the product inside.
2. Empty Old Appliance.
Please make sure your old appliance is empty and ready to be disconnected before the arrival of your new appliance.
3. Confirm Location of Electrical Connection and Water Shut Off Valves.
Please verify that you know where your electrical and water connections are located in your home prior to delivery.
